Another one I find excellent (although not strictly just a PR tool) is Serph (http://serph.com). Basically a search engine that allows you to track real-time comments, blog posts and any kind of buzz about a person or company, it&#039;s ideal for keeping an eye on brand reputation. Well worth checking out.</description>
