My Creative Team Overview LinkedIn

LinkedIn has added quite a few features since we wrote a post on launching your company’s LinkedIn page. So, we thought we’d update it to let you know about the new features available to you.  As we told you in our initial post, your company needs a LinkedIn company page because,

…the Company Page helps humanize your organization. It allows the page visitor to look behind the curtain, to learn about the people behind your brand.

If you don’t have a company page, launch one immediately. If you do have a company page, you need to get control of it and use it to help build your brand with a professional market. LinkedIn has a complete guide to your company page here.

There is virtually no limit to the size you can grow your following. And, you have the ability to allow other company officials to assist in administering the page. With the new features, you can visually express your brand, showcase your products and services better, target updates to specific markets, and even create banners to direct traffic to connect with you at other sites.

You now have the ability to upload a photo into your header that illustrates what your brand is all about.  Go into edit mode and there you’ll see you have the ability to upload your company logo, a description of your company and your header image that expresses your brand.  You also have the ability to upload photos, documents and video to bring your brand to life.

Want to attract the highest quality recruits? Under careers, you can post jobs in order to reach milli0ns of highly qualified professionals.

In the products and services category, you can showcase what you do best, as well as ask for recommendations for these services from your satisfied clients. LinkedIn allows you to highlight up to three products or services with click-through banners. You can even use optional audience segmentation features to direct specific product messages at appropriate audiences. LinkedIn provides more information here about editing the products and services category.

So get your company page heading in the right direction and come visit – and follow us – at our LinkedIn company page.
