		<description>Students listen to teachers. Teachers have the knowledge/the experience/the answers. It used to be that companies were &#039;teachers&#039; (or at least they thought so), but the shift has happened and consumers are now the &#039;teachers&#039;. I think it all started with searches 10-15 years ago, when, in order to find an answer to a question, we started to look on the web for the answer. Suddenly, the best answer wasn&#039;t in-house and difficult to get but outside and easily available. Value shift from in to out. Blogging has increased the shift by introducing conversations.</description>
