December 4, 2007 on 2:58 pm | In Email Marketing, Writing, Copywriting, Content Marketing, Online, Media Relations, PR, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, Marketing |Just ran across Content Marketing Today, a site all about using your content to create conversations with your customers and to build your brand. There is certainly a lot to relearn–and by the time you learn the new stuff, it’s already old.
But, the whole philosophy of writing press releases aimed at just the press needs to be tossed out the window. Moreover, becoming proficient at creating multimedia will become essential because the folks who pick up the release may not want prints they may want video.
